현재는 기초의회 / 광역의회 선택 페이지가 분리되어 있습니다.
기초의회 데이터를 보고 난 후 -> 광역의회 데이터를 보려면 다시 광역의회 선택 페이지로 돌아가 지역을 선택해야 합니다.
간단하게 보고서 페이지에서 버튼으로 보고서를 전환할 수 있도록 만듭니다.
그 외에도 많은 것들이 수정되었습니다..
